● YUMINASHI has worked this 53mm (122.60cc a.k.a. 125cc) Light Bore Piston Set out as a powerful low cost solution to bore up the stock NAVI10 barrel (cylinder block) up, from the STD 50mm to 53mm bore, which is a 3.00mm oversize.

● The term "Light Bore" is a reference to the fact that this piston has been designed to be installed with the stock 110cc cylinder head, and the stock 110cc 25.5 IN / 21mm EX valves.

● The squish area on the piston has been slightly tapered and machined really smooth in contrast to the middle of the piston crown which has a rough finish to improve air fuel atomization and create a more efficient fuel curve with less ignition timing.

● By installing the Light Bore Piston you hit 2 birds with 1 stone, because you are raising the low compression from the stock engine, and you are sucking more air in with the 3mm larger 125cc piston, so by sucking harder and getting more air in you can install a larger main jet, or even the large KEIHIN PE24 carburetor & Manifold to get again more power out of your engine.

● The piston has been developed in combination with the YUMINASHI high lift SS240 Super Sport Camshaft and a unlimited CDI Unit to create a powerful combination and to make the real performance difference for the NAVI 110 you are looking for.

● The SS240 camshaft is the first real high performance camshaft on the market which has not only a high performance cam profile, but also high lift lobes which still can perfectly be installed in both, the stock 110cc cylinder heads and big valve heads.

● The YUMINASHI 240 degrees SS240 camshaft has been designed by the YUMINASHI R&D as a real performance camshaft for the NAVI, and this means it's not a reground stock Honda camshaft.

The result is a powerful high lift, high torque Super Sports camshaft for daily driven bikes with stock engines, and big bore/big valve, long stroke engines to make your NAVI110 comes alive.

Once installed you will get the extra oxygen your engine needs to get a lot of torque to make strong pulls from the mid to the higher RPM's
※ If you want to increase the rev limiter we recommend a unlimited CDI.

● The lobe angles and durations have been carefully designed to be a Super Sport camshaft, and not a track Racing camshaft which would have typically 250 degrees or more, so that you have the perfect tradeoff between making horsepower / good pulls from mid to higher RPM's without suffering good torque at the lower RPM's, and without any issue whatsoever to get the engine started, or to run perfectly at idle.

● If you've installed the YUMINASHI 53mm or larger big bore kit then we've got you covered with the SS240 camshaft as well, because this camshaft comes complete with the stock decompression system installed to make it easy to solve starting problems on high compression big bore engines.
