Return Policy & Cancellations

We currently do not accept cancellations. At Reckless we like speedy customer service and begin processing orders same day. However, we want your shopping experience at Reckless Customs to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you.

Please see our policies for returns below:

Merchandise may be returned for a 15% restocking fee. 

Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.

All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

All Returned items must remain un-opened, un-installed, and with all original parts. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns will be shipped at buyers expense or A $15.00 minimum processing and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all prepaid return label returns.

**Please note: Items marked as delivered by the USPS Postal Service are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate your package.
