125CC (53MM / 3.00) LIGHT BORE UP PISTON - NAVI110
● YUMINASHI has worked this 53mm (122.60cc a.k.a. 125cc) Light Bore Piston Set out as a powerful low cost solution to bore up the stock NAVI10 barrel (cylinder block) up, from the STD 50mm to 53mm bore, which is a **3.00mm oversize.
● The term "Light Bore" is a reference to the fact that this piston has been designed to be installed with the stock 110cc cylinder head, and the stock 110cc 25.5 IN / 21mm EX valves.
● The squish area on the piston has been slightly tapered and machined really smooth in contrast to the middle of the piston crown which has a rough finish to improve air fuel atomization and create a more efficient fuel curve with less ignition timing.
● By installing the Light Bore Piston you hit 2 birds with 1 stone, because you are raising the low compression from the stock engine, and you are sucking more air in with the 3mm larger 125cc piston, so by sucking harder and getting more air in you can install a larger main jet, or even the larger YUMINASHI/KEIHIN PE24 carburetor & Manifold to get again more power out of your engine.
● The piston has been developed in combination with the YUMINASHI high lift SS240 Super Sport Camshaft and a unlimted Digital CDI Unit to create a powerful combination and to make the real performance difference for the NAVI were you are looking for.

● Dedicated YUMINASHI double valve spring & retainer set for the NAVI110 cylinder heads to run high RPM's with stock and higher degrees / lift camshafts.

● These 22mm Yuminashi ULTRA Tappet Adjusting Screws will need to be installed if our SPL version isn't long enough to be installed with your high lift camshaft.
The thread of the stock Honda tappet adjusting screws are shorter compared to the 18.5mm long SPL version, and this 23mm ULTRA version, so you will face a problem with a high lift camshaft in combination with the stock tappet adjusting screws to lock the nut.

SS240 SUPER SPORT CAMSHAFT - NAVI110
● The SS240 camshaft is the first real high performance camshaft on the market which has not only a high performance cam profile, but also high lift lobes which still can perfectly be installed in both, the stock 110cc cylinder heads and big valve heads.
● The YUMINASHI 240 degrees SS240 camshaft has been designed by the YUMINASHI R&D as a real performance camshaft for the NAVI, and this means it's not a reground stock Honda camshaft.
The result is a powerful high lift, high torque Super Sports camshaft for daily driven bikes with stock engines, and big bore/big valve, long stroke engines to make your NAVI110 comes alive.
● The lobe angles and durations have been carefully designed to be a Super Sport camshaft, and not a track Racing camshaft which would have typically 250 degrees or more, so that you have the perfect tradeoff between making horsepower / good pulls from mid to higher RPM's without suffering good torque at the lower RPM's, and without any issue whatsoever to get the engine started, or to run perfectly at idle.
● If you've installed the YUMINASHI 53mm or larger big bore kit then we've got you covered with the SS240 camshaft as well, because this camshaft comes complete with the stock decompression system installed to make it easy to solve starting problems on high compression big bore engines.
● The YUMINASHI valve springs for the NAVI110 are progressive valve springs, which means the deeper they go, the stronger they become.
● These valve springs are also high lift valve springs, and this means that the distance between each of the coils are specifically calculated and worked out to avoid coil bind with high lift camshafts.
● These springs can handle a maximum lift of 13.61mm (0.53582inches) measured from a rest position.
About 1.52mm (0.060 inch) used to be the textbook safety margin, with more OK, which can be less now with modern spring technology, and with this in mind we can state that these progressive valve springs are perfectly safe and recommended to be used in combination with the YUMINASHI 240° and 250° camshafts with a 7.52mm Intake lift and a 7.47mm exhaust lift...
● The special retainers in the set are again designed to handle a much larger lift compared to stock, this creates again an extra margin between the retainer and the valve guide on the stock cylinder head.
53MM (0.6MM) COPPER HEAD GASKET SET - NAVI110
● Complete YUMINASHI gaskets set (2pcs/set) which includes the Ø52MM copper head gasket (0.6mm thickness) and the asbestos free cylinder base gasket (0.5mm thickness).
● This gasket set is mentioned to be installed on the stock height cast iron 68.9mm tall NAVI 3G cylinder block with a 52mm bore and piston.
